Nursery Update

I just wanted to update everyone on the progress of the nursery. I keep saying I'm going to post pictures of the room and well you see where I've gotten on that. As most of you know, we got the crib from a co-worker of mine for free. All we had to do was give it a fresh coat of paint, which Jeff so graciously did for me. Well, that paint has been on the crib for 2 weeks now and is still curing! I called Sherwin Williams today and they said because it's an acrylic based paint it can take 30 days to cure. So...we have a fan on it and need to leave the bedding off of it until it's cured. So, just so you know I'm not withholding information from you all, that's the story. Disappointing of course, but when it does dry it's suppose to be practically indestructible...which is fabulous. We are suppose to get the dresser/changing table this week (hopefully) and the glider is on order and should be here in about 4 weeks. Yep - just in time for the arrival of this little guy/gal. Hopefully I'll have atleast a couple of weeks to enjoy the room pulled together before having to make full use of the room. I think I will be able to breath easier knowing it's done! So...when all this comes together, I will post it for all to see. Until then, wish us luck on it all pulling together on time! We've only got 6 weeks left! Yikes!!
